The object I found was a cabinet door in the Red Library in the communications building. I found it intriguing do the fact that not all of the doors are actually symmetrical. They are all slightly different in both shape and size. The lines aren't parallel and it really just has quite and interesting shape when you really look at it.

The background for my character is that there is a small wizard who is able to transport himself into the world of the books he touches. He enters the world and is able to influence the events of the story and therefore rewriting the text in the process.
